Payments Methods

To ensure maximum security, your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL protocol before transmission. When you place an order, the purchase amount is reserved on your credit card but is not deducted until the goods are dispatched.

We utilize 3-D Secure for credit card payments—an additional safety measure developed by VISA to reduce the risk of fraud. This protocol is used in services like Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. When 3-D Secure is applied to your order, a connection to your card issuer is established, prompting you to confirm your identity via a password or smartphone authentication. If the authentication is successful, your credit card payment will be processed.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you no longer want your items, you are welcome to initiate a return.

Payments Process

Your credit card or debit card will be reserved with the total value of your order. With the authorization from the card issuer, we will debit the total amount when the order is dispatched.

* Your payment with card has been declined and you are unable to complete the transaction. Please check the following reasons.

- You may have entered some information incorrectly.

- You may have reached your credit limit. We recommend contacting your card issuer to check the limit.

If your reason is none of the above, our Customer Service team is happy to support you. However, we cannot access the details of your bank account or your card.

* Your purchase was denied, but you still have a pending authorization hold on your card.
If your purchase was not successful, any hold placed on your payment card will be released automatically. Depending on your card issuer, it will take some days for this to reflect on your account.
* When your order is partly or fully cancelled, the reserved amount will be released immediately.

We will be reserved with the total value of your order. With the authorization from Paypal, we will debit the total amount when the order is dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds are made after the returned goods have been received and checked.
You will receive an email informing you when the credit has been issued. It is possible that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team via chat, phone, or email, and we will resolve the matter as a priority.

Refunds are paid to the credit card used to pay for the order. This also applies to bank accounts and credit cards. Please ensure this card is valid at the time of your returns.

If your card has been blocked or expired, then the amount will be automatically forwarded by your card issuer to the reference account which you have deposited. Please contact your card issuer for more details.

The refund will be made to the PayPal account used to make the payment. If your returns is made more than one month after the purchase, the refund may take more time to appear.

Invoice

We will send the invoice with all necessary details by e-mail with the shipping confirmation.
Invoices will not be sent by post. If you want to have the invoice of your order in pdf file, please contact our Customer Service via chat, phone or email. Be sure to include your order number when contacting us.

* Request amendments on your invoice: the invoice is automatically generated with the order details and it can not be changed. Therefore, please ensure to input the correct information when placing your order.
