  • Tegatok® is not liable for any damage incurred during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged:

    • Retain all packaging and contents.

    • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

You will receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped out.

* If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking numbers, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to active it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.

We currently offer shipping to the following regions: United States, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Standard Shipping

  • Free of charge for all orders (no minimum purchase required).
  • Delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

  • Flat fee of $39.99.
  • Delivery within 5 business days after dispatch.

Final logistics details (e.g., exact costs and delivery timelines) will be confirmed at checkout based on your location and order specifics.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please note: Due to the sharp increase in parcel volumes around Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we and our shipping service providers may currently experience delays in parcel delivery. We apologize for this and thank you for your understanding.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address.At the check-out page, in the second step with "Your Details", please untick the box dedicated "Delivery Address same as Billing Address". After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.

- Shipping to military address, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs or outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands): there is no tracking number or tracking link to check your delivery.

- Shipping to post office boxes, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs and outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands) is only available with ground shipping. The shipping cost for returning items from these addresses is not free.

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Tegatok® will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
